TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using SkyAH ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. If you are under 16, you may use it only with verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with GDPR Article 8.

SkyAH is a community-made market analysis tool for the Hypixel SkyBlock Auction House. It provides deal insights and market data derived from publicly available auction data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

SkyAH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hypixel Inc., Mojang Studios, or Microsoft Corporation. Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk.

You may register using Google OAuth2. When you do, we store your Google profile name, email address, and avatar information for authentication and operation of the Service.

Your browser may also store session or preference data that is necessary to keep you signed in and to provide requested features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page.

You agree not to:

— Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from SkyAH beyond normal use

— Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service

— Use the Service in any way that violates the Hypixel Terms of Service

— Abuse, harass, or harm other users or the platform

— Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Some features are available only to signed-in accounts, such as deal alerts, top-value flips, and the flip tracker. Access to these features is currently granted at no cost.

No payments are processed through SkyAH.

All market data, deal calculations, and profit estimates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Market conditions change rapidly and data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

We do not guarantee profits, successful trades, or any specific outcomes from using the information provided. Trading decisions are entirely your own responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. This includes, in particular, liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.

Subject to that, Broken Loop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including in-game losses, missed trades, or account actions imposed by third parties.

All original content on SkyAH, including the website interface, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Broken Loop.

Minecraft, Hypixel, SkyBlock, and related names, assets, and marks referenced within the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification, commentary, or compatibility purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service with reasonable prior notice. In cases of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, we may terminate access immediately without prior notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you additionally enjoy the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Germany.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice (e.g. via a banner on the Service or email notification). The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest update. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account before they take effect.
